100 Folsom Street

The new tower proposed for 100 Folsom Street is already being talked about as the newest iconic structure to take its place within San Francisco’s transforming skyline. Thanks to famed Chicago architect Jeanne Gang – who is redefining the concept of straight lines – her tower snakes toward the sky. The 400 feet, 40-story, residential tower swivels diagonally in 11 story sequences, allowing for every window to present itself as a bay window. In addition to the 399 condos, plans for retail shops have been included along Folsom, Spear, and Main streets.

Tishman Speyer is awaiting final approval for this project and hopes to break ground in 2016 for an estimated completion date in 2018.
