Parcel T (aka Sales Force Tower)

The Sales Force Tower once completed will be the second tallest building in the Western United States, at 1070 feet tall. It will be nearly twice the size of its next door neighbor, The Millennium (550 feet tall).   The 61 story office building will be located on the northern third of the block bounded by First, Mission, Fremont, and Howard Streets.

Salesforce.com will lease just over half of the building at 415 Mission Street, adding 714,000 square feet of space to their collective San Francisco “campus.”

Designed by internationally recognized architects Pelli Clarke Pelli, the proposed tower will have a contemporary style, consisting of a slender, tapering silhouette and employing a metal and glass curtain wall (a non-structural wall of mostly glass) along all four facades. This is very reminiscent of the firm’s award winning design in Hong Kong, IFC Center I.
