399 Fremont Street
399 Fremont Street (Fremont St. and Harrison St.) was designed by architect Solomon Cordwell Buenz (One Rincon Hill) to celebrate the dynamic and urban lifestyle of the City. Soaring at 440 feet tall, the expansive glass tower provides panoramic views of the San Francisco Bay for 447 ultra-luxury rental apartments.
Amenities include resident walkways, a dog run, a library, a spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, designer landscaping, and a clubhouse suited for high-class entertaining. A lap pool and a rooftop outdoor sky terrace crown an eight-story podium, adjoining the 42-story main tower. Both towers total close to 600,000 square feet. Residents also have access to 24-hour valet parking services for 251 parking stalls.
San Francisco based general contractor Swinerton Builders (NEMA, de Young Museum) started construction in January 2014 and is targeting completion in April 2016. Swinerton is seeking LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
